Mica and alcohol ink backgrounds Two.

The next obvious step was to try the same technique on gloss. This time I used green gold pearlex and gold mica pigments from Handprint Art stamps on one sheet and the interference colours on the other. I used the same inks, lime green and sunbright yellow Pinata inks. I really like how bright they are. Haven't seen the new Ranger brights.
Step one: apply powders with finger

Step two: Smoosh alcohol inks over the powders.

See how the mica powder shines and catches the light?
These are the interference colours,
And these are the gold and green powders with buterscotch and lettuce inks.

I think I like this technique. Thanks Nancy and Carol.
